All Family Pharmacy's CEO Criminal History Revealed: Convicted of Felony Burglary Charges in 2007, Held by Law Enforcement as a Fugitive in 2025, and Everything in Between

Introduction:

All Family Pharmacy has become one of the most well known online pharmacies among conservative voters in America. They promise a direct path to the prescriptions patients want and brag about cutting out “fearful doctors” and overbearing insurance companies. But in doing so, they may be sidestepping critical safety guardrails and avoiding scrutiny of the business itself and the people who own and operate it. A month’s long investigation by Consumer Diligence researchers revealed numerous safety and trust issues with this pharmacy as well as revealing the pharmacy’s willingness to fill prescriptions that could be dangerous, even fatal, to customers with certain allergies.

Along the way we also discovered a history of criminality with it’s top executives that should give anyone pause when deciding to do business with a company that wraps its marketing in Patriotism, blasted across the airwaves by well known (and trusted) conservative influencers at the highest levels of popularity and now government.

Is All Family Pharmacy a safe path to Health Freedom and health in general, or just another graft set up just in time to exploit America’s mistrust of our medical system, regardless of the severe risk this may expose their customers to?

ABOUT THIS ARTICLE:

The following is a Special “Red Flag” Report, Part of Consumer Diligence’s ongoing Public Due Diligence focused on the online retail pharmacy named ALL FAMILY PHARMACY (www.allfamilypharmacy.com). This business and every other business, NGO, or executive that has direct contact with consumers (“B2C” or “Business to Consumer”) are the typical types of entities we try and provide transparency on by conducting “Public Due Diligence” which we make available to anyone online, free of charge. Some companies and their executives do not reveal anything that interesting, negative, or positive while others we look at are going out of their way to be ethical and transparent with their operations and anything in their management’s team that might cause consumers alarm. Regardless, everything we find that supports our Key Intelligence Topics (“KITs”)1 and is confirmed by more than one primary and/or official source as well as secondary sources, we share with you.

When possible, we try to give as much context as possible and include our analysis in clearly labelled inserts as “Analysis” or “Analyst Note”. But it should be stated that we do provide everything we find and confirm that we would want to know about that business were we to transact with them. In the case of an online pharmacy, we want to know who is telling us to take what medication and what their background is to be qualified to give such direction.

In this case, our efforts to look into ALL FAMILY PHARMACY’s CEO, Michael F. Kuenzler revealed lots of information we felt warranted public sharing (especially because all of the data cited is from public sources). We decided to share his criminal history because many of the charges involve theft, the invasion of a fellow Florida residents home, stealing while on felony probation, and even a recent arrest and law enforcement hold of Kuenzler as an Out-of-State fugitive for what is listed as a felony in another state.

Moreover, some of the most popular voices in Conservative politics have attached their names and reputations to ALL FAMILY PHARMACY and also to its CEO through their endorsements. Whether they are paid endorsements or not, we found it especially curious that such well-known names were not aware of the information contained in this report. It is not so much about the existence of past crimes, but instead the pattern these crimes seem to reveal about the CEO. In our opinion, it is a pattern of recklessness and disregard for the law and the community that AFP and it’s CEO claim to serve. We shall see.

This first part of our reporting on ALL FAMILY PHARMACY covers the criminal history of Michael Kuenzler limited to Florida and criminal courts. At the end of this article we have provided you with a brief summary of what we will be sharing as we finish our due diligence on this company.

What is All Family Pharmacy?

According to their website and their CEO, Michael Kuenzler:

“All Family Pharmacy LLC is a family owned and operated pharmacy located in Boca Raton Florida. we have been in business for over 5 years. We work with doctors al over the country to help get access to medications normal pharmacies don’t or are unwilling to dispense - including but not limited to Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine. All orders include a Prescription from our Licensed Doctors.”

This statement alone is full of inconsistencies and, like its CEO’s criminal record demonstrates, a pattern of deception and recklessness with the truth that we found alarming.

OVERVIEW AND METHODOLOGY: How We Found Michael Kuenzler’s Florida Criminal History.

While performing public due diligence on All Family Pharmacy (“AFP”), Consumer Diligence started finding a lot of criminal and civil court cases that we thought we should share with our fellow consumers. Though checking for criminal records and files related to a subject is a normal part of our Public Due Diligence process, we refocused on this area of research when a booking photograph (aka “mugshot”) of a “Michael F. Kuenzler” appeared in a social media posting that came up in our feed:

May 4, 2025. A Reddit user posted a link the user claimed contained a Broward County mugshot for “Michael Kuenzler”:

The first hyperlink is connected to the official YouTube channel of “Right Side Broadcasting Network” (“RSBN”) which features All Family Pharmacy’s CEO Michael Kuenzler appearing in an interview2 hosted by RSBN with host Matthew Alvarez.

The second hyperlinked sentence in the post previous navigated to a Facebook page that has since been removed or deleted.

Analyst Note: The original Facebook url seems to indicate that there was a mugshot of Michael Kuenzler that had previously been contained in the referenced post with keywords within the url that reference a mugshot, Broward County, Michael Frank Kuenzler, “Out-of-state-hold”, insufficient funds and “check” and “Age 36”:

Attempts to find this particular page were unsuccessful and the page was not archived.

After an exhaustive search across numerous “mugshot aggregation” websites we finally found a reposting of what appeared to be a copy of an original mugshot for Michael Kuenzler on a 3rd party site named “Mugshot Search” (https://mugshotsearch.net/).

However, Mugshotsearch.net is not an official law enforcement or court affiliated website, so we next had to search across official source websites to ensure that this was not a prank or fabricated post directed against Michael Kuenzler (See above “DISCLAIMER”).

But prior to taking this next step, we made sure to compare images of Kuenzler from his many RSBN paid content appearances against this publicly posted mugshot to further confirm that the man pictured in the photo was the same person we know to be Michael Kuenzler. It was an obvious match:

We also returned to the “Broward County Mughshots” Facebook page to compare the version of Kuenzler’s mugshot to other mugshots we know to be official and that were taken by the same arresting office, in the same month that Michael Kuenzler was allegedly detained by law enforcement as an Out-of-State fugitive.

Though we could not find the original mugshot of Kuenzler, the format and staging of other mugshots taken in January of 2025 by the Sheriff’s office seemed to match. Though not an official copy of a Broward County mugshot, the booking photo of Michael Kuenzler we’d obtained had almost identical formatting, lighting, camera angle, margin distances, and staging (even the same, semi-gloss light grey painted, textured wall behind those in the booking photos matched the one behind Kuenzler). Based on these two comparisons we were confident that Michael Kuenzler had been arrested and held on January 1, 2025, by the Broward County Sheriff’s office for some reason.

Next we went to the official Broward County website to look for an official mugshot or file regarding this incident to confirm whether or not Michael Kuenzler had actually been held by that county’s sheriff department as an interstate fugitive or if the posting on Facebook was fake. A search of the arrest records did not yield any results for a search of “Kuenzler”.

From here we went to the Broward County Courts official page. Again, a search for cases with the last name “Kuenzler” did not yield any results related to the January 1, 2025 “Hold” of Michael Kuenzler as an Out-of-State fugitive, but it did yield three traffic infractions which were relatively minor but provided important identifying information to assist us in our searches across official public websites:

Finally, we searched for and found a file for the January 2025 Out-of-State Fugitive charge and hold by law enforcement that was referenced on the original Reddit post and the Mugshot Search description of charges. This was located on the official website for the State of Florida’s Department of Law Enforcement’s Criminal History Services official website found at https://cchinet.fdle.state.fl.us/search/app/default?37 (“FDLE”).

A search for “Michael Kuenzler” on FDLE confirmed some of the information published on the mugshotsearch.net website but also revealed additional criminal charges and complaints dating back to 2008. These charges and/or convictions included the January 2025 incident we had been looking for. There was a confirmed arrest and Out-of-state Fugitive hold by law enforcement of Michael Kuenzler of January 1, 2025, though nothing on this official record made mention of why Kuenzler was being held as a fugitive. However, this record from FDLE did indicate that whatever the reason he was held, it was for a felony level charge, as indicated by the “FEL” contained within the charge.

The rest of the criminal history we found resulted from the steps we took to ensure the validity of our findings. We shared our process to provide context of how we discovered the rest of the files in this report so that anyone might replicate the process in checking our work (which you always should, for us or anyone…including popular Conservative or Liberal Influencers and pundits, whichever way you lean…).

MICHAEL FRANK KUENZLER IS ARRESTED AND HELD BY BROWARD COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE ON AN OUT-OF-STATE-FUGITIVE HOLD FOR A FELONY COMMITTED IN ANOTHER STATE

September 26, 2007, Seminole County:

BURGLARY BY MICHAEL KUENZLER OF A RESIDENCE UNARMED WITH A PERSON INSIDE (2nd Degree Felony) AND GRAND THEFT

(3rd Degree Felony). Michael Kuenzler was arrested on September 26, 2007 and charged with Felony Burglary and Felony Grand Theft. Kuenzler was accompanied by an adult male named Connor Thomas Ranieri in the commission of these crimes. Ranieri is listed as co-defendant in county court records pertaining to this case. Prior to this burglary, the Sun-Sentinel reported that Connor Ranieri and Jordan Gentile reportedly vandalized a mall bathroom, defaced cars, and a local Judaica store in West Palm Beach:“On May 21, police said, Ranieri, using a white pen that writes on windows, scribbled four swastikas and “Burn the Jews” on Brooks’ shop in Mission Bay Plaza. Authorities found similar messages on a nearby Chrysler minivan belonging to a florist who is not Jewish.”“Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office detectives say two people told them Ranieri, who was living in a hotel while he finished high school, bragged about the vandalism.”“Detectives said Ranieri confessed when they approached him.“The men are also accused of painting a swastika on Debbie Siegel’s car at Town Center mall on May 14. Siegel, a media specialist at West Boca Raton High School, organizes racial and religious tolerance programs for the Palm Beach County School District.”

Michael Kuenzler is placed on probation after being found guilty of Felony Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling and Grand Theft. He was sentenced to six years probation and does not appear to have served any jailtime as he was sentenced under the Youthful Offenders act due to the crime being committed in 2007 when Kuenzler was months shy of his 18th birthday. February 20, 2009, Palm Beach County:

November 9, 2009, Palm Beach County:

MICHAEL KUENZLER IS ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING WHILE ON PROBATION FOR BURGLARY AND LATER ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING THIS PROBATION. While at a SEARS retail store, Kuenzler had removed the price tags of a $20 “Muppets” baseball cap and left the store where he was subsequently apprehended by the Loss Prevention Officer. February 22, 2010, Seminole County:

MICHAEL KUENZLER via HIS DEFENSE ATTORNEY FILES A MOTION TO PERMIT TRAVEL OUT OF COUNTRY (PROHIBITED AT THE TIME DUE TO HIS STATUS AS A FELON ON PROBATION) SO HE CAN ATTEND A FAMILY VACATION ON A NORWEGIAN CRUISE TO THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN. The motion was filed by his Defense Attorney, Ralph A. Hagans. His lawyer indicates in the motion that the court has already permitted Michael Kuenzler to attend family vacations outside of the country on three previous occasions (Analyst Note: We find this to be a bit shocking as he would have only been on probation for less than two years and this would be his fourth “vacation” from probation despite having committed two serous crimes at the felony level). The filing also contained a “Progress Report” from Kuenzler’s Psychologist, JaNon Strom which stated that he has seen her twice a month and “continues to make strides in many areas of his life.” (CASE: 50-2009-MM-003971-AXXX-SB)
